These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Phasicology (hereafter referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”) .

Your acceptance of these terms forms a legal agreement between us, so please make sure that you read and understand them. Please Contact Us if you have any queries relating to these terms.

Purchasing Sessions and Bookings
Session purchases can be made on-line or in person.

Block Bookings
121 Personal Training and Sports Massage sessions can be blocked booked in blocks of 10 sessions. All sessions must be consumed within a 12 week period from the date of payment. Any sessions not consumed within the 12 week period will be lost. Payments for block bookings must be paid upfront in full, prior to the first session taking place.

Payments
All payments for non-block booking sessions must be made in full, either in person or on-line before the session. All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken. If you purchase sessions in person, you will receive a receipt for any payment of sessions you make. If you purchase sessions online, your bank transfer record will be the receipt for any payment.

Session Cancellations (including Block Bookings)
If your Personal Trainer fails to give you 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to 1 extra hour of Personal Training, in addition to the session you missed. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any sessions. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may lose that session and no refund will be made to you. The ‘Contact’ page of our website details the methods of contact. Please call us on the mobile number listed to advise of any cancellations. It is always recommended you follow this up (at the same time) with an email, also confirming the cancellation. Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and the Personal Trainer.

Transfer of Staff Member
By ‘Staff Member’ we mean a Phasicology staff member (or sub contractor of) who delivers any of our services. If for any reason you are unhappy with your assigned Staff Member, you may transfer to another Staff Member at any given time. In all circumstances, any sessions used with the previous Staff Member remain used. Your aligned Staff Member cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. They may at any time ask to consult with your GP should any medical condition arise.

Lateness
If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your Staff Member may choose to cancel the session and you may lose that session, in which case no refund will be made.

Refunds
If for any reason (noted below) you are no longer able to complete any sessions, you will be given a full refund on any outstanding sessions. We will ask you to provide proof from your GP where relevant. You will be entitled to a full refund for the following reasons only:

– Pregnancy
– Serious illness
– Serious injury
– Redundancy

When cancelling block bookings, 50% of the remaining value of the block booking will be refunded, unless the block booking is being cancelled due to one of the reasons stated above, in which case a full refund will be given.

Any other refunds are at the discretion of Phasicology.
